FP Woods Story of the Sea-Green Sky is absolutely brilliantly written. The changes in melody, tempo, and mood catch you off-guard in the best way. As a songwriter myself it's one of those songs I wish I would've written.

If death dances with broomsticks I'll sweep the floor until I fix the disease that haunts the halls of my high school, dumb brunette broomsticks bite the dust, and get their nails did with the blood of animals Didn't you hear the wind? She told the dogs to hide from the smog clouds painting the leprosy sky Oh, I know we're dirty we're putting superheros on the backs of currency I know that something's I know that something wrong. If greed swings from stripper poles we'll fight the war with the bones of Marylin Monroe and Anna Nicole And with their femurs we'll carve the swords that break the mirrors of little girls 'cause beauty's made with an airbrush beauty's made with an airbrush Didn't you hear the wind? She told the dogs to hide from the smog clouds painting the leprosy sky Oh, I know we're dirty we're putting superheros on the backs of currency I know that something's I know that something wrong.

Talk to me now I'm older I won't try to control you Friday nights have been lonely change your plans and then phone me We could go and get 40's forget going to that party oh really your folks are away now? Alright, lets go you convinced me 12:51 is the time my voice found the words I sought Is this the stage I want? The world is shutting out for us Oh, we was tense for sure but we was confident Kiss me now that I'm older I won't try to control you Friday nights have been lonely take it slow, take it slow but don't warn me Oh, really your folk are away now? Alright let's go, I'll be right there.

Elvis 03:07
The room is turning round and the world can be confusing there's no iceburgs in iceland there's no thanksgiving in turkey Come on, get your reasoning you know money grows on trees these days so go on plant a thousand and be like Johnny Appleseed Come on, break a leg and climb on down the rabbit hole tell alice that Elvis wants his crown back in his grave 'cause Graceland ain't big enough to house the dead The room flipped upside down and the good lord refused me from the belly of a whale I will sing blue song of beauty so Come on, get your reasoning you know money grows on trees these days so go on plant a thousand and be like Johnny Appleseed Come on, break a leg and climb on down the rabbit hole tell alice that Elvis wants his crown back in his grave 'cause Graceland ain't big enough to house the dead Come on boy, ya listening? My two cents, two cents is worth ten grand, I said Come on boy, ya listening? My two cents, two cents is worth ten grand! Come on, break a leg and climb on down the rabbit hole tell alice that Elvis wants his crown back in his grave 'cause Graceland ain't big enough to house the dead

I see a lot of people making peace signs lately but they hardly know what it means It doesn’t mean goodbye and it doesn’t mean ‘hey you’, it means what it means to me Like dropping food in an ashtray, we send pirates to the sea To say what they mean, not to lower gas prices, it means what it means to me. We found the box we’re supposed to think out of I see a lot of people making peace signs lately, a gesture among jesters I guess. It doesn’t mean the number two, it doesn’t mean ‘I’ll see ya dude’, It means what it means to me best Like dropping food in an ashtray, we send pirates to the sea To say what they mean, not to lower gas prices, it means what it means to me. We found the box we’re supposed to think out of A box that blinks pictures, I know what you think of when you turn on the tube.

All my pretty friends ain't got no confidence they hide themselves behind the mirror with their makeup Sour modesty is punctuating me 'cause I ain't got the time to tell her that she needs to eat Whoa, sweet child If you don't let me fuss then I won't stick around To see, to see The aftermath, the treasure chest 'cause all the pirates in the sea ain't seen what I could be.

about

I made this album during my senior year of high school. I graduated high school, mastered this record the next day, and moved to Lancaster, PA the next to start what would become my music career.

My brother, rock veteran Chad Taylor of the band LIVE, produced the record. I poured every cent I ever made into this thing, and damn, am I proud of it.
